DA Policies on campaign donations, bribery

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records related to policies, guidelines, laws, or regulations having to do with donations to political campaigns by subjects of criminal investigations by the DA's office (and close family members of those subjects).

All records related to policies, guidelines, laws, or regulations governing bribery or the appearance of bribery of DA's office employees and elected officials.

All records related to incidents where Summer Stephan's campaigns and/or the DA's office have ever returned or been asked about returning political donations due to conflict of interest, appearance of conflict of interest, or other improprieties including donor ties to criminal syndicates or violent extremist groups.

The timeline for the records I'm seeking is Jan 1, 2017 through present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
