This request was administratively closed by our office.
Per ORS 192.329(4)(a), on 12/18/2018 we requested clarification of the records with enough detail to determine if we were custodians of the requested records and if they could be release. Our clarification was submitted to MuckRock via email (attached). To date we have not received clarification of the initial request. Therefore, per ORS 192.329(4)(b), we administratively closed the subject request.
If you still desire the information, please submit a new public records request and provide sufficient detail so that we can determine if we are the custodian of the records requested and if those records are releasable.
