Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am searching for any and all documents regarding asbestos use, installation, mitigation, removal, and abatement at the following facilities at any time from Jan. 1, 1975 to Dec. 31, 1985: MacArthur Co., located at or near 936 Raymond Ave., St. Paul, MN 55114. This requests specifically seeks, but is not limited to, any records regarding asbestos testing, inspection, citation, survey work, agency recommendations/plans of action, or any communications with or regarding the above-named entity regarding asbestos-related matters, including but not limited to Labor & Industry Request No. 344 (Employee Exposure to Asbestos & Vermiculite Particulate at MacArthur Company, St. Paul, 1978) and memo(s) from Occupational Safety and Health Division, Minnesota Dept. of Labor and Industry to Mr. Dryan Hobbe, GCA, Nov. 14, 1980.
