Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the list of 9-1-1 and/or non-emergency incident call logs between November 1, 2021, and the time of fulfillment for 1964 3rd Ave, Sacramento, CA 95818.
All incident reports from and relating to 1964 3rd Ave, Sacramento, CA 95818 between November 1, 2021 to time of fulfillment.
I request that you release records for this request on a rolling basis as they become available and in electronic form.
If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.
If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
