2. All Documents submitted to Cal. HCD by any employee of the City of Rancho Mirage between 2019 and the present, reflecting Rancho Mirage's Annual Housing Element Progress Report
3. All Documents submitted to Cal. HCD by any employee of the City of Rancho Mirage between 2019 and the present, making any representations that the City of Rancho Mirage is taking steps to create affordable housing in Rancho Mirage.
4. All Documents submitted to Cal. HCD by any employee of the City of Rancho Mirage between 2019 and the present, making any representations that the City of Rancho Mirage is taking steps to affirmatively further fair housing in Rancho Mirage.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

There are no additional responsive records that are in HCD possession to release. 10 records were released. The excel records are the APR records that are responsive to request number 2.
