If all aspects of this request are not available, please provide all relevant information responsive to this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Sacramento Police Department has released an additional partial production of records responsive to your request, including the General Offense report, CAD logs, Firearm Discharge Report, and CSI Photos for incident 2013-189452, an officer -involved shooting. These records, in addition to records previously released for this request, can be accessed under their respective incident numbers via the City's webpage at https://www.cityofsacramento.gov/police/police-transparency/release-of-police-officer-personnel-records--pc-832-7-b--.
