Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Requesting any police reports and documents regarding the observations of the Unidentified Flying Object crash in Roswell, New Mexico, during July 1947.
These documents can include personal accounts taken by the police as well as police reports taken involving the events.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

I am unable to locate a November 27, 2023 IPRA request from you regarding the Roswell UFO Crash. This, however, is outside our jurisdiction. Please contact Chaves County Sheriff's Office at 575-624-6500 or New Mexico State Police Roswell at 575-622-7200. They would be custodians of those records.
