Incident report for 2006 Roseburg High School shooting

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The incident report and any investigative reports, including police narratives, produced in relation to the shooting incident at Roseburg High School on 2/23/2006.

In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of the press and these records will be used in the public interest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Would it be possible to release the report with any juvenile names redacted? I have recently received several similar incident reports from police departments where similar redactions were made. You can find one such report with redactions, which I received from police in Bountiful, Utah, attached to this note.

If there is a specific statute in Oregon which precludes the release of such incident reports involving juveniles, even with redactions, I'd appreciate if you could refer me to it.
