Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
• All agreements between this agency and any federal agency for operations and activities related to Operation Desert Snow.
• All arrest reports for apprehensions conducted as part of Operation Desert Snow. [For reference: http://www.usmarshals.gov/news/chron/2015/060815a.htm]
• All currently active agreements with any federal agency.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,
On Jan. 19, 2018, your IPRA request dated Jan. 16, 2018 was received by the
Custodian of Public Records. The IPRA request you referenced in your letter
submitted on Oct. 10, 2017 was neither received by the Custodian of Public
Records nor the Sheriff's Office.
In regards to your request:
1. All agreements between this agency and any federal agency for
operations and activities related to Operation Desert Snow.
2. All arrest reports for apprehensions conducted as part of Operation
Desert Snow.
3. All currently active agreements with any federal agency.
The Sheriff's Office has confirmed no such documents exist.
