Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All email communications sent or received, including being CCed or BCCed, by Carla Redd between 1/1/22 and 6/30/22 and containing the following keyword: "ShotSpotter." Please include all email attachments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

A search of these emails returned almost 200. I will process this request as having limited the prior request. If any future requests are on the same topic and just seek different timeframes they will be denied as the prior request was. Given the number of emails returned in this search I will need additional time to process all of these. With the number of emails and attachments and the upcoming holidays I would request setting the new deadline at the end of February, is that acceptable?
