Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Policy regarding reporting of any "incidents"?
If no arrest occurs, what is considered an incident that would require a report?
Is the use of a drug dog deployed in a search an incident that would require a report?
Is the use of any kind of force that results in a detainee bleeding and being detained in handcuffs an incident that would require a report?
Is being pulled out of a window and forced to the ground considered an incident that would require reporting?

2) Is it still the policy that there is no dash cam or body cam used in this county (Tippah)?

3) How are officers/deputies held accountable for their actions during stops if there is no reporting policy, dash cam, or body cam footage?

4) Policy regarding the constitutional limitation of a traffic stop? Is there a suggested time limit?
Is 8 minutes too long to just run plates without making any attempt to make contact with the pulled over vehicle?
Is an additional 10 minutes for questioning and detention too long for a traffic stop where no reasonable suspicion, probable cause was articulated?
Is the total stop of 30+ minutes too long for a traffic stop that turns out with no arrest or any ticketing whatsoever too long?

5) When is the use of a drug sniffing dog permitted?
Must the officer ask for consent if he lacks reasonable suspicion?
Must the officer ask for consent if he lacks probable cause?
Is the dog allowed to enter the vehicle?
Is the officer allowed to open the vehicle door for a passenger to exit the vehicle then permit his dog to enter?

6) What is the training in regards to when an officer/deputy is allowed to use force?
What is considered reasonable force?
Are there any de-escalation techniques used in training?

7) What is the policy regarding when, or if, an officer/deputy must inform a suspect of why they are being pulled over/ nature for stop?
