Mr. Nash,

Please find attached the document requested in your September 20, 2018 FOIA request. Attached is the agenda and background materials prepared for RRHA's June 28, 2017 Real Estate Committee Retreat.

RRHA's Real Estate and Community Development staff would like to specifically point out remarks at the bottom of the fifth page of this attachment-particularly, that much of the 2017 plan consists of "initial observations" and that "[f]ull planning and resident and community involvement are needed to help define the redevelopment products."

Real Estate and Community Development staff would also like to add to this response that RRHA's plans concerning redevelopment of its major communities remain fluid through to the present, and that there have (and may still be) substantial shifts in the anticipated funding and general direction of RRHA's redevelopment since this 2017 plan was drafted.

Best,

Cory J. Wolfe
