Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails, letters, or other written communications from the public received by the RRHA Board of Commissioners through their Public Comment Period Request Form between Jan. 1, 2015 and the time this request is processed.
The form is available here http://fs23.formsite.com/rrhaforms/form1/index.html but may have existed in another form elsewhere previously - this request includes all iterations of this form beginning Jan. 1, 2015 and is not limited to the form itself. Any request for public comment received outside this form should be included.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
