Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
* Annual teacher retention data for the 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020 school years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I wanted to follow up on the following Virginia Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 10, 2020. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
A request for a deposit and notification of the seven day extension was
emailed on January 13th. The letter was forwarded again last week as well
as attached to the reply. Please let me know if those letters have not
been received via email. Provide a mailing address and I will send them
via U.S. mail.

I did not receive a cost estimate or request for deposit. Could you please send those again?
My apologies. The deposit request was not sent to you. Thank you for
following-up. After reviewing my files, the response went out initially on
January 15th to the incorrect email address. Please find attached the
records responsive to your request. Please do not hesitate to contact me
