Hi Brad, thanks so much for the helpful conversation.
As we discussed, I will consider this records request closed if your office is able to provide me with a count of "code 04" license suspensions requested by the courts, by year, for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020. However, if it is just as easy for your data folks, I'd happily request the last decade of counts by year! 2010 through 2020. For each year that suspensions are provided, please also provide reinstatement counts.
Additionally, I wonder if your data folks would be able to provide a report detailing the date each "code 04" license suspension went into effect and the each was reinstated, if a reinstatement took place. This might look like the following, with "unique ID" being the individual's name or license # if that is not confidential information, or some kind of anonymous unique code assigned to each license-holder:
UNIQUE ID IF POSSIBLE | SUSPENSION DATE | REINSTATEMENT DATE IF APPLICABLE
Many thanks,
Emily

Ms. Corwin:
Attached please find failure to pay suspension and reinstatement data for 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. On the Details tab a Reinstatement Date of “NULL” means that the suspension is still in effect.
Sincerely,
Brad

From: Emily Corwin
Hi Brad,
Thank you so much for this! It's very helpful. If there is any document you could point me to that specifies in more detail what each suspension code refers to, please direct me to it. I don't want to misinterpret anything.
Thanks again --
Emily
