The Corporation is not in possession of any documents responsive to your request relative to complaints received from the public. Under that interpretation, the Corporation has no documents responsive to your request relative to emails or communications relative to the campaign received from the general public. If you intended that request to extend to the press, please confirm that with the Corporation, and it will respond accordingly, which may include a request from the Corporation that you pay the costs affiliated with the search, retrieval, and redaction of those documents consistent with APRA.

In accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 38-2-8, you may wish to appeal this decision to the chief administrative officer for the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation, 315 Iron Horse Way, Suite 101, Providence, RI 02908.
