Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any records containing meetings about the 2023 Reno Air Races at the Reno-Stead Airport.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to NRS 239.010, this letter acknowledges receipt of the records request above. We anticipate being able to provide the requested documents by December 4, 2023. If additional time is required, or if we cannot ascertain the documents requested, we will notify you in writing prior to the anticipated production date.
Documents are usually produced electronically; however, if that is not possible, the RTAA is authorized to charge for copies pursuant to NRS 239. We will provide an estimate and request payment prior to processing, if necessary.

Dear Alexandra,
In reviewing your document request of October 16, 2023, we interpret your phrase, “Any records containing meetings about the 2023 Reno Air Races at the Reno-Stead Airport” to mean, “Any records relating to RTAA Board meetings concerning the 2023 Reno Air Races at the Reno-Stead Airport.” With that in mind, the Board met and discussed the 2023 Reno Air Races at their February 9, 2023, and March 9, 2023, Board meetings. Minutes for both of those meetings are attached, along with the presentations given.
Unless we hear from you otherwise, we will consider this matter completed.
