Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
In regards to all curfew violation citations per the recent emergency curfew order,
- name of person cited
- home address, city, state, zip of person cited
- age of person cited
- date/time of citation
- location of citation
- citing officer/badge no.
- an indication if an arrest was made
- fine amount
- court date/location if available
- any other non-exempt information contained in the record
- Any record not requiring extraordinary effort pertaining to protests within the last 3 months, not just the emergency curfew order
If some, but not all of this data is available, please send what is available
If possible, please include additional citation information in instances where multiple citations were issued to the same person.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
