All the cases that involve building code violation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Please note that I need confirmation of what you are requesting.
Please provide an address and a timeline for the specific building code violations you are seeking.
If I understood your email as written below and shared with our Building Department, they are letting me know that if the request is for “All the cases that involve building code violation” then “We would have to hire someone to physically go through all microfiche to see if there are any code cases related to Building violations . As there are hundreds of thousands of record's, so that may take years.”
Please be kind enough to narrow your request so I can better assist you.
