All public records pertaining to Hunter Elward, Brett McAlpin and Christian Dedmon from date of hire until the date this request is processed including but not limited to personnel records, resumes, salary documentation, internal investigation records, disciplinary records, use of force reports, and allegations and sustained complaints.

All civilian complaints submitted against Hunter Elward, Brett McAlpin and Christian Dedmon from date of hire until the date this request is processed

All complaints, substantiated and unsubstantiated, pertaining to any use of force employed by Hunter Elward, Brett McAlpin and Christian Dedmon from date of hire until the date this request is processed

All email correspondence and internal memoranda sent or received by Sheriff Bryan Bailey that contain the following keywords: “Hunter Elward” “Brett McAlpin” “Christian Dedmon” “Michael Corey Jenkins” “Eddie Terrell Parker” and “Trent Walker.” Please limit your search to January 24 2023 until the date this request is processed

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
