-- investigative records (which can include chronological records of events, property and evidence logs, witness lists, interview notes from officers examining the case, photos and videos included in the case file, search warrant affidavits, case summaries, and charges recommended to the prosecuting agency)

Our office receives a large volume of requests. To help us to move requests through the system more efficiently and for tracking purpose, we ask that public records requests be submitted via our portal. The portal is available at https://raleighnc.gov/public-records.

Crash reports are available online at https://crash.raleighpd.org/.

Information about police reports is at https://raleighnc.gov/safety/how-obtain-police-report.

The City-County Bureau of Identification maintains arrest records their webpage is https://www.wakegov.com/departments-government/city-county-bureau-identification-ccbi/criminal-record-inquiries.

Any person requesting disclosure of a recording must submit a completed "Recording Disclosure Request" form to the Chief of Police. These forms may be obtained online through the Raleigh Police Department's website at https://raleighnc.gov/services/safety/recording-disclosure-form or in person at any Raleigh Police Department District station. Completed forms shall be delivered either via email to Internal.Affairs@raleighnc.gov<mailto:Internal.Affairs@raleighnc.gov> or in person to the Office of Professional Standards located at 6716 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27615. The identity of the requesting party will be confirmed following the receipt of the completed form.
9-1-1 calls are retained for a very limited time, and recordings this far back are no longer available.

If it would be helpful, I can request a public copy of the police report from RPD for you. However, it will not include many things you have requested such as interrogation footage, confession footage, crime scene photos, crime scene videos, evidence photos, evidence videos, body cam recorded in relation to the case in video format, body cam footage of the arrest, dash cam footage filmed in relation to the case in video format, CCTV/surveillance footage related to the case in video format.
