Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Prince William County Board of Supervisors FOIA logs for years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 (if any exist for those years).
I would prefer the logs to be provided in the format used by the Prince William County Board of Supervisors.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We received your FOIA request for “Prince William County Board of Supervisors FOIA logs for years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.” In response to your request, please note that the Board does not maintain FOIA logs. Therefore, there are no responsive records for your request.
If I have misunderstood your request and you wish to clarify the request or make a new one, please provide us with the requestor’s name and legal address. Virginia Code Section 2.2-3704(A) provides that “The custodian may require the requester to provide his name and legal address.”
