Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Full case documentation and autopsy report for Surrano Coward (DOB 7/7/78) who died in policy custody on November 24, 2015. This should include, but not be limited to; police response report, CAD data from 911 call, autopsy report, witness statements, etc. Reference case number 15-11248.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I saw your recent correspondence from the Prince George's County PD granting the request for incident records; and also your recent follow-up communication saying they forgot to attach the responsive records.
Did the county PD ever release anything? If so, can you share? Otherwise, I will be filing a duplicative request.
