Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As soon as the information has been obtained the information will be emailed, if in electronic form, available for viewing during office hours, or mailed. If you opt to purchase copies the fee is 25 cents per paper copy. Note that public record requests can take up to ten business days to process. Please feel free to contact me in the interim.
