2) Audio and video recorded interviews with suspect, Alyssa Torres.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to your public records request directed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the above listed records. If a fee is not prescribed by law, the following fees are authorized:

Please be advised that your request will produce 220 pages of documents from the City of Port St. Lucie department that will need to be retrieved at a cost of $167.00 and the first half hour is free. Should you wish this department to begin retrieving the documents and redact them 50% of the total reproduction cost ($83.50) is required for work to begin.  We only accept cash or money orders.
You will receive another cost estimate for the audio and video recorded interviews shortly.
Please note that you have within ten (10) days from 02/28/2024. Otherwise, the City will consider your request withdrawn. Details of the charges:

Pursuant to your public records request directed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the above listed records. Please be advised that your request will produce 1 video interview with the mention suspect for an approximate viewing time of 4 hours from the City of Port St. Lucie Department that will need to be retrieved at a cost of $33.00 per hour.  Should you wish this department to begin retrieving and redacting, 50% ($115.50) of the total reproduction cost is required for work to begin. Please note your approximate completion date will be 32-34 weeks from todays date due to the volume of requests received.
