Previous records request response Dated July 22, 2016 disclosed that as of October 27, 2015 there were only 5 SUV model police cars in POPD fleet. The Officers assigned to those 5 cars were identified as Officer Wofford, Brandon, Pronovost, Lynch, and Jensen.
"Pursuant to RCW 42.56, please provide for inspection all GPS Tracking records for each of the patrol cars assigned to Officers Wofford, Brandon, Pronovost, Lynch and Jensen Port Orchard Police Department Patrol cars for the following dates and time frames:
* May 20, 2015 through September 24, 2017.
* Shift start and end times or work schedules, time sheets, time log sheets and all documents which indicate the hours of service by

Kitsap 911 has received your request dated 10/04/17. Kitsap 911 will review the requested documents to determine what we can release/are the holder of the record.
However, Kitsap 911 anticipates that it will need up to three weeks to complete that review.
Additionally, Kitsap 911 will also be providing third party notice to the City of Port Orchard regarding this request.
I also would like to clarify that this statement:

Per request rec'd 10/04/17 with a third day notice being send out on 10/05/17 I am attaching the officers unit history for the time frames listed below; these show when the unit logged on (LN) into the MCT, all the events they responded to and when the unit logged out (LO). Kitsap 911 is not the holder of work schedules, time sheets or time logs.
Regarding the Units listed below GPS (AVL) records. This is still being processed and I hope to have any records that Kitsap 911 has by October 31st, 2017.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.

Kitsap 911 is not the holder of work schedules, time sheets or time logs.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.

Kitsap 911 is not the holder of work schedules, time sheets or time logs.
Regarding the Units listed below GPS (AVL) records. This is still being processed and I hope to have any records that Kitsap 911 has by October 31st, 2017.

Here is the second set of AVL files per your request for officer #734 for the time frame 05/20/15-09/24/17. If the officer had NO Unit history (Provided on a previous response on 10/30/17 and attached again) then those file are not included.
We anticipate having another officers AVL files completed no later than 01/30/18.
We will also review your request dated 12/26/17 no later than 01/30/18 to determine the action needed for that. Per your request on 12/26/17 you said that you were willing to hold off or even withdraw the past requests for the other AVL data.

At this time we do have the first set of AVL files for Officers #727 for the time frame 05/20/15-09/24/17. If the officer had NO unit history (provided on previous response on 10/30/17 and attached again) then those files are not included.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.

I hope to have an answer to your request dated 12/26/17 no later than 02/09/18 (I have been out ill and daughter has been as well) to determine the action needed for that. Per request rec'd 10/04/17 with a third day notice being send out on 10/05/17 I am attaching the officers unit history for the time frames listed below; these show when the unit logged on (LN) into the MCT, all the events they responded to and when the unit logged out (LO). Kitsap 911 is not the holder of work schedules, time sheets or time logs.
Regarding the Units listed below GPS (AVL) records. This is still being processed and I hope to have any records that Kitsap 911 has by October 31st, 2017.

I hope to have an answer to your request dated 12/26/17 no later than 02/09/18 (I have been out ill and daughter has been as well) to determine the action needed for that. Per your request on 12/26/17 you said that you were willing to hold off or even withdraw the past requests for the other AVL data.

It has been determined (because of time frame that you requested and the redacting's required (20 minutes before/after shift per RCW 42.56.250 (9) The global positioning system data that would indicate the location of the residence of a public employee or volunteer using the global positioning system recording device.) that it is going to take 30 days per officer. I will be releasing this data as I receive it with the hopes that it is before the 30 days for each units. The deadline for all units is April 30th, 2018.
