In a previous records request dispatch made a statement that they recognized the callers' name. The caller is a public service provider calling for assistance while conducting public business. It is of interest to the public to know how often an official in his position utilizes 911 while conducting business for the public.

Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

Please provide records, logs, data and recordings of all calls to 911 originating from the following numbers:
*(360 )981-1440
*(208) 352-2272
*all calls originating from or where the call log report references the name Charles Stevenson
For the time period of January 1, 2012 through October 1, 2017

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Penny,

Per request sent to the info@kitsap911.org<mailto:info@kitsap911.org> email on 10/11/17. I completed a search using the date frame requested of 01/01/12-10/01/17. I searched all calls made from phone numbers 981-1440 & 208-352-2272. I then searched all calls made by Charles Stevenson and Stevenson, Charles. I then searched all events comment search for all events there Stevenson, Charles and Charles Stevenson were mentioned (I have include that report but the two events were not for the Charles Stevenson that you requested but a 76 Year old man. I then searched by Charles Stevenson address that is located in the events.
You will also notice that event #P160098957 one of the callers has asked to be anonymous so the caller's name/address/phone are redacted and the RCW is cited.

I am attaching all the search logs that I completed, all the event chronology's associated with the search logs (with the exception of the ones not for this person) and the wav files (911 Calls).
