The initial request is for “All reports to include offense/incident, information, and supplement reports, written by former employee Robert Dean Dorman (1814) that are releasable by law, i.e. no longer related to criminal investigation, etc. I also hereby request copies of all body worn camera and vehicle dash camera video from any device to include vehicles assigned to or used by Dorman, even if temporarily so, that was recorded between the hours of 1700-0500, during years 2015-2018, and is longer than four minutes but shorter than 31 minutes.”

What was provided is “A list of calls for service, offense/incident reports and arrest reports in which Mr. Dorman is the primary or arresting officer. “

That is not the information requested. The initial request indicated Mr. Dorman’s capacity as reporting officer (RP) and the specific type of information requested as “all reports” and “video” involving Mr. Dorman in that capacity, NOT a list thereof.

Please read carefully and don’t delay further.
