From:

Good morning.

This week, I received two first-class letters dated April 15, 2021, and April 16, 2021, regarding the above-referenced records request.

This is the first I have heard of a Feb. 8 request for "Records mentioning or describing the apparent 2021 hack of a water treatment facility;" however, now that I have them I will make certain your request is investigated.

Your request is being assigned to a public records liaison who will be back in touch once we determine whether we have records responsive to your request.

Respectfully,

Good afternoon.

To the best of our interpretation of your request, "Records mentioning or describing the apparent 2021 hack of a water treatment facility," this is in reference to the City of Oldsmar, which is not a part of the Pinellas County Utilities system.

Please advise if we misinterpreted this request.
Thanks!
