Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents, policies and procedures required by the state of PA in order to fulfill their duties as a PA Humane Officer including all material that has been updated from 2021 thru 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is to advise you that as a private non profit organization the
information you have requested is not subject to PA Right to Know Act. If
you want to know the requirements for HSPO training I recommend you look to
the Humane Society Police Officer Act which specifically outlines the
statutory requirements. Please advise whoever made the request the above
information.
