All police Incoming calls for October 7th 2013 and October 8th 2013
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning John,
I just want to clarify what type of "calls" you are requesting. Are you wanting a printout of our calls for service, i.e. what, when and where we responded to in a list format, or are you wanting the audio of the calls that came in for those two days?
Before I go opening up our older system I just want to make sure I'm providing you with what you are wanting.
We do have fees associated with records request. As soon as I know what I'm actually providing I will let you know what the charge will be.

Thank you. I was wanting any and all calls to or from the hotel Red Lyon and in regards to Tiffany Jenks murder it was said the police had got a call from a disturbance at the red Lyon hotel please feel free to ask whatever you need and thank you for your help.

I was able to run a query on Tiffany Jenks and was unable to locate any sort of death investigation. I did however, find that she was mentioned in an intoxicated subject call for service at the Red Lion. That is the only incident I was able to find that had her mentioned. Would you like a copy of that incident report? If so, I'm happy to email you a copy of the incident. We do however have a fee of $6 - we would need to know that you have put a money order in the mail for that dollar amount referencing Incident #201300024303.
If you are wanting a copy of the dispatch audio, you will need to contact the Umatilla County Dispatch Center at 541-966-3651 - however, with it being so old and the call for service not coming as a 911 call I doubt they would still have that recording.
Let me know when you have placed the $6 money order in the mail and if you are ok with us emailing the report.

Also if you can find the call I would like that as well and any responding officers notes., and i assume it holds the time of night it was... i can send payment or credit card... can you tell me the adress and i can mail you a check if that works ? All we have is the Incident Report. I will gladly send you that today with the assumption you are sending the $6 money order. Since I'm going to be out of the office for the next two weeks I'm happy to send it before receiving the money order. What I will be sending is all we have on Tiffany Jenks. You can call the dispatch center and see if they have anything.
I think what we have is what you are looking for.
So you are putting the money order in the mail today or tomorrow?

Regarcdless of any other claims made upon Tiffany the officers should know she came the next day to be set up to die. Sadly her family lied as did the others in this case. She was fully aware of there plans to kill her. This is likly why she was so dirtaugt and drunk. Because of the fact i was the only witness they did what they could to lie in this murder to cover it up.
