I request all police report log lists taken by the Palo Alto Police Department for dates between October 15, 2016 and December 31, 2016. The Police Report Log lists (in order from left to right) the Incident Number, the Incident Date, the Time the Incident was Reported, The Location of the Incident, Incident Call Type (classification), Reporting District (RD)*, Disposition code (Dispo)**, and Incident remarks (brief description of the incident). Log entries for reports that are considered "confidential" will not include the Location or Incident remarks.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
