Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
We had some landscaping and concrete repair done today at 26 Fleetwood Drive today 9-14-2023. Last night 3 bags of concrete were dropped off. Today landscape rock was purchase and i directed the truck to park on the lawn instead of blocking a lane of this narrow F section street for the entire day like landscapers commonly do.
We got plastered with code violation notices and when I spoke to the code officer, he hung up on me.
Please provide all records of code violations for contractors dropping off materials the day prior to work or the same day of work that were greeted with hostile code violation notices. Especially when the work was completed the same day and the materials were gone.
I've seen roofing materials, fencing, mulch, bags of landscape rock exist on properties for weeks or months. Is there a new one day rule that Palm Coast is initiating. I asked the code officer if it would have been better for the truck to block an entire lane of traffic on this narrow F section road for the entire day. He said that would be preferable and I would not have been violated for that. Our government at work.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I can not read the majority of the hand-written notations on this multi-part form. Please supply a legible copy and the date of the hearing regarding this dubious violation notice. Failure to provide clear and legible copies related to governmental enforcement violates the Due Process clause and is unconstitutional. Please remedy this immediately by providing a legible copy prior to any more onerous enforcement activities.
Further, please supply the dates and nature of this alleged "recurring violation" and the documentation related to these alleged prior violations including legible copies of the violation notices.

Attached are my status of disability from Social Security. Also the police report for a highway speed car crash that totaled my car several weeks ago that created new injuries to my spine on I-4 near Orlando. The other driver's insurance has taken full responsibility for the crash. A law firm is on the case. Further is a MRI report on my spine. I parked the truck as an ADA accommodation for my disabilities and new injuries to get the rock in the back yard. I was mistaken, my injuries are too severe, therefore, I hired someone.
I believe your approach violates the Americans with Disabilities Act and could be a cause of action in Federal Court if this activity persists.
