Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
- ALL records your department maintains pertaining to the exercise of the baker act involving a Mason Craig Turner. Within the Jurisdiction of Jupiter Police Department.
- Names of officers involved and statements and reports pertaining.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges post of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically via. email attachment. With the advancement of technology, records request such as this one do not require physical paper copies or an unusual amount of time to accommodate. If for some reason, there are fees associated with this request please send the invoice with the records.

please keep all correspondence through this platform. That is the point of Muckrock. Also please cross reference Detective Malora Duplantis and Mason Turner DOB 06/02/1997 if you were unable to yeild search results. It is the same date as a "suspicious email" case. You should have no problem finding the case number and associated files and the baker act also performed by Malora Duplantis on that same date (whether she documented it or not). Also as per sunshine law please respond to request via email and the same email it was received from and not some copy of my personal email you have sored internally.
