Hi,
For items 1 and 2, I would prefer the hard documents, if it's not prohibitively expensive. Depending on the cost estimate, I might ask to narrow the request to a list, if that's alright. For item 3, I'm fine with a list of data if something like that is maintained by the agency. Thanks,

CJ

Good afternoon,

please be advised that we anticipate that 10 years worth of hard files will
be costly. The reason being is that there is a .15 cent per page charge,
plus there would be a special service charge that will run about $25.00
dollars and hour. We do not know how many hours it will take.

Once you acknowledge that a list will suffice the request we will still
have to determine if more than 1 hour will be needed, which will then incur
a special service charge. At that time an invoice will be emailed. Please
advise how you would like to move forward with the clarification of your
request.
