Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the state open records law Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122, I write to request access to and a copy of:

A copy of the list of 9-1-1 and/or non-emergency incident call logs between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2015 for 10825 N Summer Moon Pl, Tucson, AZ 85737.

All incident reports from and relating to 10825 N Summer Moon Pl, Tucson, AZ 85737 between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2015.

I request that you release records for this request on a rolling basis as they become available and in electronic form.

If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.

I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
