Court ruling on the injunction concerning Fr Patrick Carr, Shanda Theriot, St Rita Catholic School and plaintiff Elicia Broussard Sheridan.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your request is not specific to which court ruling that you are requesting. The record is available for review with a remote access subscription at http://www.orleanscivilclerk.com/onlinerecords.html. The cost of a subscriptions varies, to include a 24 hour subscription at $20.00. A separate Escrow Accounts must be maintained in order to print or download images in the Remote Access and Land Records systems. The fee for copies is $1.00 per page for an uncertified copy and $3.00 per page for certified copy. The Clerk's office accepts money orders, cashier's checks and attorney/law firm checks made payable to the Clerk of Court. Also, include with your request a self-addressed envelope for the return of your document.
