Hello,
I am in receipt of your very broad request for information and would like to focus our energy on those specific items you are looking for. Based on your broad request, there could be more than 1000 pages of documents, most of which are archived and 40-160 man hours needed to un-archive, copy (or scan) and re-archive.
I would be happy to provide the documents you seek (if available). The Oregon DOC New Construction effort started

Hello Mr. Young,

Thanks so much for your message. Would limiting this request to the work agreements/contracts and any payment invoices significantly diminish the amount of work and associated costs?

Have a lovely afternoon,
Beryl

Hi Beryl,
Is it possible to have a phone conversation? Our “New Construction effort” started in the 1990’s and continued through 2007. The monthly invoices came in 3 ring binders.
Please give me a call.

Hi Beryl,
On 9-28-15 (email below), I requested a phone call to see exactly what you were looking for. As of today, I have yet to receive a call.
If you desire to have all of the information requested, we will put together an estimate of costs for consideration and set up the payment method.
A phone call to understand exactly what you are looking for would sure help.
Thanks,

Hello Mr. Young,

I apologize for the radio silence. Would it be possible to limit this request even further? Initially, I'm interested in getting a sense for each new prison construction, renovation, or expansion in addition to the cost and the contractors involved. I'd appreciate any direction you may have on how best to do this.

Thanks so much for your patience,
Beryl

Good afternoon,

Mr. Young is out of town for a week, he will be contacting you as soon as he returns. In November Mr. Young worked diligently to research and to provide the proper documentation for your request. To my knowledge Mr. Young never received a response from your organization after providing a letter of acknowledgement and a fee estimate.

Again, he will contact you when he returns. If you would like, I can provide you with Mr. Young’s previous emails as he kept me in the loop.

Thank you,

Hello,

Thanks so much for your message. On March 1, I sent a belated response to Mr. Young:

"Hello Mr. Young,

I don't believe I ever received an invoice. Would you please be able to forward it to me?

Thanks again,
Beryl
