GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT
Labor costs apply to all record requests requiring more than 15 minutes of staff time and will be charged in 15-minute increments. Labor costs shown include applicable overhead. For requests estimated to exceed $100, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50 percent will be required before work begins. The requestor may choose to deposit 100 percent of the estimated costs, but all deposits are non-refundable.

Before any record is released, all costs must be paid in advance in person or mailed to Communications Division, 201 S. Rosalind Avenue, 3rd Floor, Orlando, FL 32801. If paying by check, please make check payable to Orange County Board of County Commissioners. Please include the public record request tracking number on all checks and correspondence.

Fees are set by Florida Statute Section 119.07 and Orange County Admin Reg. 2.06.
