Santa Ana PD/Orange County Public Records BWC of Investigation

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of Body Worn Cameras footage of the Investigation to Angel Castillo's family home/residence and any interactions with the family starting from February 25th, 2024 to the filing date of this request. I would also ask for copies of the officers that responded to the incident and any personnel on duty that interacted with family members of the Castillo family. This may be during the home visit or their interactions at the local police station. Any and all written reports of the incident and follow up visits/interactions with the family or during investigation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
