Records of County Commissioner Kevin Calvey’s access badge for entrance/exit to the following county buildings or PBA properties for the past 60 days: (1)Oklahoma County Annex Building located at 320 Robert S Kerr; (2) Oklahoma County Courthouse located at 321 Park Avenue; (3) Investors Capital Building 217 North Harvey Ave; (4) District 3 work yard

(2) Records of County Commissioner Kevin Calvey’s parking transponder/access card for entrance/exit to the following county properties or PBA properties: (1) Oklahoma County Annex Building located at 320 Robert S. Kerr; (2) Metro Parking Garage located at 321 Robert S Kerr; (3) District 3 work yard

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
