To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Oklahoma Open Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 17, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

From: Oklahoma County Clerk

Mr. Reynolds:
Your below request was referred to me for response on behalf of the Oklahoma County Clerk's Office. Please confirm your receipt of this message.
In response to your request, please be advised that:

- Following our communications with you of several months ago or longer, the Oklahoma County Clerk's office ceased undertaking any and all efforts to put land records, title records, property conveyance, or liens on the Blockchain. The only public records we have which would be responsive to your request would be our e-mail threads between your firm and our office, which you already have, rendering your request moot;

- We have had no communications with any other vendors with regards to providing our office with Blockchain technology, and;

- One or more of our staff members have on occasion participated in a webinar presented by one of the associations to which we belong, the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA), those being part of that organization's ongoing efforts to keep its members abreast of current and emerging issues in our industry. Those webinars are copyrighted and not subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act. We presume the information presented in those webinars could be made available to you by PRIA upon your becoming a registered member of said association, and would refer you to them for additional assistance.
Thank you for your inquiry and understanding.
Respectfully,
Douglas J. Enevoldsen
First Deputy
Oklahoma County Clerk's Office
