All Stand Your Ground motions that have been filed by defendants in judicial district 4 since January 1, 2006.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received your request for all Stand Your Ground Motions filed by defendants in our District since January 1, 2006. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not keep record of what motions defendants file. All motions are filed through our District Court Clerk's Office. They may be able to help you in your search. All items that are filed in our District are open to the public, but not always accessible through the internet, as we try our best to protect everyone's identity, at their best interest. I have CC'd Mrs. Janelle Sharp, whom is our elected official for the District Court Clerk.

I wish we could be of more help, and if there is anything else that I can do, please let me know.
