The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. Please fulfill this request electronically by providing machine-readable documents, such as XLS and send by e-mail attachment, FTP if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of your Oklahoma Open Records act request of December 4, 2017. The determination of the Assistant General Counsel is that the information you requested is required by state law to be kept confidential 47 Okla. Stat. § 1170(A) and therefore is not subject to an Open Records request (51 Okla. Stat § 24A.5(1)).
