Ms. Rodriguez,
I am hoping to clarify the scope of your records request submitted below. As stated in the most recent message, your request identified approximately 10,000 pages of email communications utilizing the search terms provided. A substantial amount of those pages contain specifically identifiable child welfare cases being investigated and/or administered by the Department. These materials are specifically exempted from production under Oklahoma statutes Title 10A. At the moment a significant amount of effort is being expended redacting the confidential information from these records and this will require an equally significant amount of time to complete the task. My inquiry to you is whether you intended your request to include child specific cases to be produced. If so, we will continue our redaction efforts with regard to each case encountered. If you would like to limit your request to exclude those records, we can segregate these materials from production and instead include the remainder as part of our review and production. The latter approach will require far less time for the Department to be able to produce.
Please advise how you would like to proceed.

Thank you,

In response to the request submitted below under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, the Department of Human Services has conducted a good faith review for responsive records in its possession, custody, or control. This review was subject to the parameters outlined in your specific request. That being records associated with historical licensing data for all licensed child care providers (active and closed) that were open anytime from 1/1/19-present. This request contains 9 sub-categories:
1) Provider name or ID
2) Provider address
3) Latest license issue date and expiration date
4) First license issue date
5) Enrollment, including dates on which enrollment was recorded (by child age groups if available)
6) Capacity, including dates on which capacity was recorded (by child age groups if available)
7) Prices, including dates on which prices were recorded (by child age groups if available)
8) Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) scores, including dates on which scores were recorded
9) Any additional provider data that your agency collects
The attached document contains data associated with sub-categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8. No data is available specific to sub-categories 5 and 7. Capacity data as to sub-category 6 is available only as to the facility itself but is not available as to specific age groups. Sub-category 9 is too vague to constitute a sufficient request for specific data.

The Department believes the attached provides the record(s) sought in your submitted request. As a consequence, this request will be closed with the transmission of this correspondence.
Thank you,
