To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. I would like access to photographs of the Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center call center in which inmates recently made campaign phone calls on behalf of the Bloomberg campaign.
2. I would also like information about the phones that inmates making these phone calls used (including the color, make, and model of the phones, where the phones were purchased, and when they were purchased.)
