To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any recording (including audio or video captured by body camera, vehicular camera, or handheld device) of any interaction of law enforcement with demonstrators on the morning or afternoon of April 25, 2024. Please include all audio or video recorded during the interaction or within one hour after the interaction.

2. Any report concerning any arrest of or interaction with any demonstrator on April 25, 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
