Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
-Copies of all MOUs, contracts, and/or purchase orders pertaining to AXON body cameras and Evidence.com between Ohio State University, its police department, and TASER International.
-A copy of the interactive crime map available through Evidence.com. If it is not possible to transmit a copy of the map itself, then I request a screenshot of the full webpage the map appears on.
-Copies of all "agency usage reports" compiled by or through Evidence.com since Jan. 1, 2014.
I also request that all fees be waived for this request as I am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and I intend to use any information i receive as a result of this request to educate the public.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
