List of Contracts with Canteen Correctional Services

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

• Any aggregate list of contracts entered into with Canteen Correctional Services. If no such list exists, a collection of material containing equivalent information will suffice.

As a reporter with MuckRock News, I also request that fees be waived, because to be cognizant of those beneficiaries of the public coffers, the recipients of government contracts, should constantly be a matter of current public interest. In addition to being gathered for the purpose of creating a relevant presentation to the public, these documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com. No commercial interest exists.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
