Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:
(1) All correspondence, including electronic mail with attachments included, to or from any employee, agent, or representative of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, from January 1, 2016 to present that reference in any way the Ocean County Recipient Voluntary Disclosure Program and/or Amnesty program for recipients of Medicaid.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that we were unable to locate any physical records responsive to your request. We are in the process of determining if any electronic records exist but that will take an additional 2 weeks to resolve. We hope to have an answer for you by February 22 if any such records can be located.
Additionally, please be advised that our office did not administer the amnesty program referenced, it was handled by the State of New Jersey Office of the Comptroller. You may wish to pursue any additional requests for these records with that office.
